This Journal is designed as a masterclass in some of the essential foundations young athletes need in order to develop a strong and resilient mind. The book helps teens navigate sporting life from value-based perspective and motivates them to approach things with courage and a willingness to embrace the uncomfortable moments.
It also includes some important mindfulness training to get present and train the mind to stay in The Now. And, of course the most important part... A daily planner to ensure they are committing to making the habits that propel them towards achieving the goals they have for themselves.
I have designed this journal to be about the athlete and their journey, and as interactive as possible.
