This Journal is designed as a masterclass in some of the essential foundations young athletes need in order to develop a strong and resilient mind. The book helps teens navigate sporting life from value-based perspective and motivates them to approach things with courage and a willingness to embrace the uncomfortable moments.
It also includes some important mental skills such as visualisation, mindful breathing and more.
The daily planner ensures they are committing to making the habits that propel them towards achieving the goals they have for themselves. Then, the daily reflection page helps solidify learnings and decide important actions for the future.
I have designed this journal to be about the athlete and their journey, and as interactive as possible.
