I am a mental performance coach who specialises in helping performers overcome obstacles and create plans to push forward and accelerate toward their potential.

Through extensive education and experience I empower individuals with strategies and training techniques to ensure the mind is ready for peak performance. 


My consulting experience is enriched through a lifelong involvement in sport in a variety of different roles. This includes, playing experience in Professional Rugby, many years as a Physical Education Teacher, 10 years of coaching experience and the last 5 years experience working in the field of Performance Psychology.


​My strengths lie in preparing athletes for consistent performance under pressure, developing a flexible and optimal performance mindset for individuals and teams, as well as engaging athletes with a realistic plan dedicated to helping them achieve their dreams.
