Zane Winslade started Flow Sport because he was fascinated with the mental side of sport. As a former professional rugby player and a lifelong learner he thrives on helping people overcome obstacles and create plans to push forward and accelerate toward their potential.
Through extensive education and experience, Zane helps empower individuals with the tools and mental training techniques to ensure the mind is ready for peak performance.
Zane has a Master's Degree in Sport Psychology, Undergraduate Qualifications in Sport Science and Psychology along with many years practical experience in Teaching, Coaching and Mentoring.
Flow Sport was born from a desire to see more people play freely, have the skills to play with poise and bust through mental barriers to achieve their goals in Sport and in Life.
