The Flow Sport Mental Toughness Journal

This book is designed as an introduction in some of the essential foundations young athletes need in order to develop a strong and resilient mind. The book helps teens navigate sporting life from value-based perspective and motivates them to approach things with courage and a willingness to embrace the uncomfortable moments that life brings us.

It also includes some important mental skills such as identifying values, goal-setting, growth mindset, visualisation, mindful breathing and more.

The daily planner ensures they are committing to making the habits that propel them towards achieving the goals they have for themselves.

This Journal is created by Zane Winslade, Zane is a former professional athlete with an MA in Sport Psychology.  He has many years experience delivering resilience training programmes for youth.

So helpful!

This is a great tool for my kids who are really into their sport. They have read through it all and are filling out the diary every day!! We need more things like this for our Rangitahi.

Great resource!

What a great resource, the missing piece of the puzzle for those athletes looking to improve their mental skills and resilience. Concepts are easy to follow and implement and the daily reflection hits all the targets, a must have for young athletes to grow their character, confidence and performances
